If you need to reschedule your Customized Strategy Session, you may do so once at no charge. Please provide as much notice as possible when rescheduling. If you are unable to make your rescheduled appointment, the full fee will be charged, and a new booking will need to be made for another future session.

If you need to cancel, please provide at least 48 business hours’ notice. Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment will result in a 100% cancellation fee.
